By creating a SMS Route BD account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

New accounts receive 5 complimentary credits. Each SMS sent to a single recipient costs 1 credit. Bulk sends deduct 1 credit per recipient. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Each user receives a unique referral link. When a referred user signs up and verifies their email, the referring user receives 3 bonus credits. Self-referrals and abuse will result in account suspension.

You may not use SMS Route BD to send spam, phishing messages, harassment, illegal content, or any messages prohibited by your local laws or recipient consent regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send.

Accounts associated with multiple devices sharing the same fingerprint, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may be suspended automatically without prior notice. Remaining credits on suspended accounts are forfeited.

SMS Route BD is provided "as is". We do not guarantee message delivery to every recipient and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
